Need to share network connection

I need to share the WiFi on my netbook over ethernet to my desktop. Both systems are running Xubuntu 12.04 LTS.

 

This is basically what I want to do.

I wish my netbook liked Windows. But it doesn't. It has a THANG for Xubuntu.

"net.ipv4. ..

I'm assuming I do this in Terminal? What do you mean by "and add 'net.ipv4'"?

You need to Bridge the ethernet adapter to the WiFi adapter. In Windows, this is actually very easy to do. In my research, it looks like this might help:

There are also Linux GUI programs you can download that will configure it for you. Whether you want to track one of those down would depend on whether you'd like to learn the terminal commands involved.

Is this in regards to him spelling 'thing' as "thang"? That seems like an incredibly childish thing to withhold help on...

Okay, since I never got a straight answer from @xXxYOLOxSWAGxXx_420BlazeIt,  and I don't really know how to do what @dalekphalm said, I'm bumping this. I need something with a GUI, please.
