Flip the power connectors around and see if that works (on the mobo).

So im building a PC at my friends house, and we can't get the build to turn on.

We're not completely sure that we're plugging the power switch cable into the right spot, but it clicks whenever we turn it on

This is where we think it goes, and a reassurance would be nice

If everything matches up, then why will the psu click and not turn on?

And double check the manual to make sure on the positioning of the wires. Make sure the PSU is set to the correct voltage, and if there's a power switch on the back of it, flip it to the I.
