Help GB RAM Issue

Hey guys I buyed a new 8 gb ram 1600 mhz

When I started the pc in windows 7 

Everything is fine

But when i turn it on a windows 10

My pc is turning on and off like a crazy

My specs

H55m s2h rev 1.1

Gts 250 gpu

I3 530 cpu

8 gb of ram 1600 mhz
