Hello,

This is my first post here and I hope to find some ideeas/opinions about the new PSU that I'm about to buy.

I want to be ready when Cyberpunk 2077 comes out and I want to prepare my gaming rig, I want to have a good experience playing that game, but also I want to be sure that my system runs it good and everything is alright.

Being an analytical person, I need to do a lot of research before buying something.

My gaming rig is:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 2600

MOBO: mSI B450 Tomahawk

RAM: 16GB@3000 Hyper X Predator running in dual-channel at 2933

GPU: GTX 1060 6GB  [ the GPU is going to be updated to a mSI RTX 2060 Super]

SSD: Samsung 250GB Sata III.

PSU: FSP RAIDER 550W 88% efficiency, certified Silver

I found a very interesting PSU from Seasonic and I think it would be more than capable to run the set-up with all the incoming parts.

This is the model: Seasonic Focus GX, 80+ Gold, 650W

Thanks,

That would be a good option for this build, although as said above, 550W would also work.

Alternatives would be:
Corsair TXM (semi modular), Corsair RMX, Be Quiet Straight Power 11 and basically anything else in tier B+/A and higher:

Both FSP and Seasonic make excellent PSUs. My work PC (i5-650) currently has an old FSP PSU and its voltage regulation is simply fantastic.

Around 12.07V @ 12V at idle, which is rather impressive for an old, beat-up PSU that's been running for God knows how long!
