Need help making sure my fans are the best way possible

So 

I’m cleaning my computer and wanted to make sure I’m installing everything right. 
 

I have 2 Corsair AF 120 fans. 
1 case fan. 
1 CPU cooler fan. 
 

is there a way to tell what way the fans spins. I know how to when the computers on. But not when it’s offf. The fans have no arrows pointing to what way it blows. 
 

PLEASE EXCUSE THE NASTY WIRES EVERY WHERE AND THE DUST I TOOK THIS BEFORE I CLEANED IT :c
 

also I am getting a 1660Ti with 2 fans on it. 
 

So I have one fan on the top shooting are up. 
One in the back shooting it out. 
One on the front shooting it in. 
And one on the cpu cooler shooting it up.

The fans generally blow towards the side with the frame / struts. The blades also scoop in that direction.

Thanks! So if that’s the case. 
I should have 1 on the front, intaking air. 
one on the back exhausting air. 
one on the top exhausting air? 
And the one on the cooler also exhausting the air up?

Yes, that's how it's currently set up and should be fine. 

When in doubt, check your load temps.
