Can't get pc to boot

What have you all tried? Seeing as you posted this 3 times now.

 

Do you have a cpu cooler?

The motherboard manual recommends to use the other two slots first.

But could you describe a little further what is or is not happening? What turns on? Light? Fan spin? Any debug LEDs? Have you tried booting with 1 stick of RAM in DIMMA2?

I swapped the ram and still nothing. The cpu doesn't seem to heat up at all nor does the gpu fans spin and no rgb lights light up

Are all the pins on the motherboard good? Or even the PSU?

You can't, different physical and electrical pins:

right = CPU, left = GPU cable (notice the difference bottom right pin)

 

Have you reset the CMOS by the way?

To confirm, do you have an i5 8600K or i7 8700K?

No I have not reset the CMOS, how do you take it out. And it's an i7 8700k
