No mate, Blizzard's games are not on Steam. They have their own client, Battle-net. You are able to create an account from the link I provided.

Comapred to what? Ladder is pretty trash still, if you play at my level atleast. And current my favorite arcade mode is pretty bad too. But this is still best fps to play solo out there. Unless you can find good servers in TF2.

Have the mechanics changed since they added the class limits. My main hate on the game is theres too many shields. My second hate on the game is that a good portion of damage is done by area of affect and not done by proper aim like say in tf2

Oh, I thought you were talking about something back when goats was a thing or even older. Shields are still issue, and now with OW2 gonna be a thing, there's no telling if much is gonna change in next 2 years.
