Much cheaper CPU, much cheaper RGB ram, much cheaper PSU, much cheaper motherboard, took the cooler out, cheaper SSD, gave you all the room you need for an even better graphics card and it's still cheaper overall. You can add a water cooler still if you really want to.

I haven’t considered the 2080 super. I mainly want to play games like Anno 1800. I just very much enjoy computers and want to make a quality one that can handle some 4K. Over locking isn’t a must for me.

You can do even better: if you can get a cheaper copy of windows I suggest a better motherboard.
