So... I'm in need of a headset and microphone.

And I wasn't going to spend money this week, or next.

And you post this awesome, tantalizingly cheap but great deal, which I can't ignore, and now have to spend my money.

Thank you. Thank you WoodenMarker for breaking my will. /sarcasm

But seriously though, thanks. This is awesome. So awesome.

Edit: Remember guys, use the LTT affiliate link thing! :D

Spend more money. You will thank me later. I returned this for a refund. Horrible sound quality for media (movies, music), sound quality of gaming was "meh". Overdone bass, footsteps sound good though. The only redeeming factor is comfort.

I did not like the at all. I currently use my Sennheiser HD 280 Pro with a desk mic for everything. I am looking into getting a dedicated gaming headset soon, but not this one.

I'm not interested in cheap if it performs like cheap.

I owned them. They blow for music or movies and they do a subpar job in-game. At least in my opinion.

Nice find though @WoodenMarker

They feel great though. If I could get a headset that sounded as good as these felt and had them still feel as good my life would be complete!

Because they probably are.

That seller has them listed as Steelseries Siberia V2 and is even using steelseries branding on the picture and headphones but states in the description "High Quality, Very closed to original,"

Intel i7 3770K [] Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 [] MSI R9 290X 4GB [] 16GB  G.SKILL 2133Mhz [] Crucial MX100 256GB [] WD Black 1TB [] XFX Pro 850W [] Fractal Define R3 [] Func MS-3 R2 [] Corsair K60 []

Just so everyone is aware these are the version that have only one plug. So if you plan on using with your PC you need a splitter and even that will not work with certain computers.

These are not for pc.

Not true they just have a single 4 pole 3.5mm jack rather than two 3 pole jacks.

Yeah but for all these are as good as any $150 gaming headset. Sure 100$ audiophile headphones + mic is better but this is still a good deal. I would have bought this several months ago when I bought my 20$ headset to hold me over until I upgraded.

I wouldn't buy a $150 headset either. I'd spend $250-300+ for a nice one. Or get something like the Audio Technica BPHS1.

Turtle Beach? Razer headset? No. Tritton maybe.
