Aqua Computer water blocks with RGBpx lighting - no way to sync with MB lighting?

Hey guys, just swapped the graphics card blocks from Bitspower Lotan to Aqua Computer's to see if they're more effective (so far both cards indeed are topping out about 7c cooler), but I didn't even bother looking at the built in lighting.

These Aqua Computer blocks have their proprietary 'RGBpx' lighting built in. I've been googling for about an hour so far and all I can find is that they use a 3 pin ARGB but not whatever the normal standard is so you can't use a plug adapter or splice wires to get them to work with a 3 pin motherboard ARGB header.

Now... I see that they have a number of 'usb' controllers for their lighting products which isn't the end of the world, but I can't seem to find anything about syncing them with anything else.

Is this just another case of needing run multiple lighting applications? (Asus Aura, Corsair iCUE, Razer Synapse, etc etc etc)
