Low fps after Mobo,CPU and Ram upgrade

i just recently upgraded my pc. i have a gtx 1060 6Gb and a 500 watt power supply. then the things i changed were:
some stock dell xps 8700 motherboard to a msi mpg z390 gaming edge ac
Intel Core I7-4770 to a I7-9700K (plus a coolermaster hyper 212 evo)
8 GB ddr3 ram to 16Gb DDR4 3200mhz Ram

After doing this upgrade i feel like im getting lower FPS in my games. For example im pretty sure Red Dead Redemption 2 was running at high setting at 60FPS before, But now its just about 50FPS with some lower settings. And Ghost recon breakpoint runs really bad at the same settings as before. Ive googled around but cant find a way to fix this problem. After upgrading to better hardware my games are running at a lower FPS.

did u manually set ram timings? possibility u have unstable settings

having hpet settings checked out can also work

its possible u went from a non hpet board to hpet supported and that it screwed up there ,  its also possible ur cpu just thermal throttlign or pci lanes arent set correct ect,  make sure to check everything

Come on man, the tests show it is about 30 FPS FullHD medium settings with a GTX 1060 6GB.

Missed this part; was just considering his perception of worse performance after upgrade

Ok maybe i didnt get 60FPS before, i did not check, i was just going off how it felt. But in this video this guy gets a solid 50 to 60 fps with Medium settings at 1080P. Im currently at 50 FPS with Low settings.
