HELP PC CPU and RAM problem EZ DEBUG LED WHITE CPU DRAM

hi all,

in september i built a brand new pc and without any hiccups.

but for some reason today i was playing forza horizon 4 and the whole pc froze my keyboard and mouse turned off (indicated by the rgb) and i had to hold the power button down to turn it. off shrugging it off thinking it was just a crash but when i decided to turn the pc back on for some reason it would turn on but immediately turn off and it was a loop so i decided to troubleshoot and re seat the ram and the problem was solved but now i have no display and the EZ debug on my MSI mobo is flashing white LED alternatiing between the CPU and DRAM. CPU being 1 second and DRAM being 5 ish

any ideas what it could be?
