Choosing an air cooling.

Hello friends, I would like your opinion on which air cooling would be good for my Ryzen 5 2600X, I don't have much money so my options are as follows.

Both have the same price, but I would like your opinions.

Better warranty, 2 fans.

 

Also if you don't have much money, just use the included cooler :)

Actually, Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition RGB has another fan mounting, so you can mount another 120mm fan to make push-pull configuration.
