A good usb 3.1 header for MB?

Hi, 

i just found out my motherboard doesnt have a usb 3.1 header and found one on aliexpress.

That adapter is for motherboards that have a USB 3.2 Gen 2/USB 3.1 Gen 2/ USB 10 gigabit port (uncommon), but doesn't have USB 3.0/3.1 gen 1/USB 3.2 Gen 1 (very common).

 

Note the male/female ports.

That adapter does not plug into your motherboard at the USB 3.0 side, but would rather have a case cable plugged into it.

 

So depending on what you want to do.. it might work, or not
