I like my Fractal Designs Meshify C. Great air flow, decently reasonable price. Was nice to build in as my frist build ever, and it can fit 140mm fans which are a plus cause the 140s will move more air than 120s at the same speed meaning you can run them at lower RPM and effectively have a quieter system. That is assuming you have decent quality fans. I am only using Corsair ML140 fans and have no complaints, but I bet there are other quieter fans out there.

My First (Current) Build:

Ryzen 7 2700 (3.90 1.35v OC) | Asus Prime X470 Pro | G.Skill Ripjaws V 16gb 3200 | Inland Professional 512gb M.2 NVME | Samsung 860 Evo Sata M.2 1TB | Corsair H115i Platinum | Corsair ML 140 RGB Fans | Fractal Design Meshify C | EVGA RTX 2070 XC Ultra

Laptop:

HP Spectre X360 13t Gem Cut (i7 8565u, 240gb, 8gb mem)

My Ride:

2015 VW Golf TDI Sportwagen

Eventually an XJ manual...

Any recommendations for quiet cases?  Looking to find something with good airflow that I can reduce fan noise.  Current case is pretty cramped as a match case.  Looking to move to a mid/full tower.

The biggest factor is going to be fans. This is where most of the noise comes from, however with proper fan tuning you can make them spin slower to significantly reduce noise in many instances. Getting quality fans that are PWN for better tuning or ones with lower overall dBA will be the biggest factor in a "quiet" system.

Cases with sound dampening foam can help reduce hard drives clicks and potential coil whines or pump whine from GPU's, PSU's or AIO's respectively. (anything with a high pitch)
