UDIMM is your most common desktop RAM, while SODIMM is mostly used in laptops.

Meanwhile RDIMM is primarily used in servers.

Yes UDIMM is for desktops. It just means unregistered DIMM which is what we put in our regular PC

SODIMM is essentially a shruken down version meant for use in laptops

RDIMM is registered memory which may be required for certain server/enterprise-grade motherboards and CPUs

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600  Heatsink: ID-Cooling Frostflow X GPU: Zotac GTX 1060 Mini 6GB RAM: KLEVV Bolt 3600Mhz (2x8GB) Mobo: ASUS B550-F ROG Strix (Wifi)  Case: Fractal Design Meshify C PSU: Deepcool DQ-M-V2L
