Upgrade on gpu and SSD

My setup is the following 

I7 4790

32gb ram 1600

Gigabyte z97 sniper edition 

850 gold rated Psu 

I currently have a g1 gigabyte gtx 1070 but can upgrade for a bargain to a galax gtx 1080 exoc edition will it be the rigth choice?

What do you consider a bargain? 

Generally I'd say no but there definitely is a performance increase.

It's not a huge jump in any event. If the upgrade costs you less than $100 after selling your 1070 afterwards it's probably worth it anyways.

Maybe try saving up for a used 1080ti, because otherwise its not that big of an upgrade

It's a 4k screen and it's about 1800 I'm from south Africa so it's about 121 dollars

Wait like the 1080 is 1800 total? Are you sure it's real and a functional card? Or you would end up spending 121 to upgrade from the 1070?

I'd maybe wait for the "RX 5800 XT" or whatever AMD is coming out with, might drop prices of used 1080tis. More than likely it's a $599 2080 super.

If the actual 1080 is just 120 bucks then go for it. If that's the delta for the upgrade then don't do it.
