What should I Upgrade?

I tend to be getting very low fps and I believe its cause of my specs anyone have and ideas of what i should upgrade for a better experience?

 

GPU: NVIDIA GeoForce GTX 1050Ti

 

CPU: AMD A8-9600 RADEON R7, 10 COMPUTE CORES 4C+6G

 

MOTHER BOARD:  AsRock a320m-hdv 

 

RAM: 16GB

PSU: CX Series Modular CX750M 750W 80 Plus Bronze ATX Power Supply 

So If you have any ideas what to upgrade say what im aware about the CPU

CPU first, the one you have is the same Bulldozer derivative that nearly killed AMD.
