9900K thermals

I’m gonna be doing a 3x 480 Rad mixed For my cpu and GPU loop. I was wondering if 1 480 would be good enough to keep my 9900K around the 70s or would I benefit more combining the loops

Do you mean 280mm radiators, as in 2x140mm fans per, or do you mean 4x120mm fans per set?

Air coolers can keep your 9900K in the 70's.

Well I don’t have an air cooler I have 3x 480 rads that I will be using.

I think his point was the most basic cooling can do it (albeit, the higher tier of that category).  If you cant do it with a rad that big, your pump is broken

What @jstudrawa meant is that if a decent air cooler gets the job done, a huge radiator will too

At the end of the day your room temp hopefully 74F will make a difference in liquid getting hot thus no matter what setup you have.
