How can I link all my PCs to server so they can be accessed simultaneously by different users instead of using software like AnyDesk which opens same thing on all PCs

Location 1 has 3 PC with different users.

Location 2 has 1 PC with 1 user.

Location 3 has server. Purpose of server is to act as Peachtree server and to backup All PCs data from location 1 and 2.

Please Help. Can someone explain and provide a full solution for the issue. DO I HAVE TO USE VPN OR NETWORKING SWITCH?

Set up a FTP server, or RSync or some kind of online backup server solution on the server.

Make that server connectable from outside that server's network.

There's also dedicated backup suites, where you can install a server software on the server, and run backup clients on each computer, and the backup clients will periodically upload the changed data to the server.

I have seen a lot of linus video but I don't know which video you are referring to kindly if you could share the link.

Secondly, the problem arises mainly in use of peachtree where multiple user cannot access data simultaneously when server is kept in 3rd location away from 1st location which has 3 users.

VPN

How are you getting internet to the different sites? What routers?

Just buy a dell/hp/lenovo server. Don't go diy here. Those boxes just work and have a warranty.

Then run a hypervisor on the server. SOmething like hyper-v server, esxi, or proxmox.

Really though, you seem to not know that much about servers, and this is for a small buiness, so id hire someone that knows what there doing so it doesn't come back to bite you.
