Scroll wheel problem

Ampm

I have had my razer deathadder mouse for just under a year now. Got it for my birthday in April and the scroll wheel isn't working. I've heard it could be dust etc that has found its way in there affecting how the mouse wheel works, but I thought after only seven months I wouldn't have the problems yet. Please could you let me know what the problem is and how to fix it. Thanks x

I would avoid Razer as well, but if you don't want to RMA you can try taking it apart and cleaning it yourself but you'll likely void the warranty and potentially screw it up worse if you don't know what you're doing.

Thanks for your response, I looked at how to return a razer product in its warranty, it seems unclear to me. Do you know how I am able to refund it, will I need to e-mail razer?
