Me & my mom make jam, it would be nice to sell it, but we can not make enough & I was wondering can people be hired to make batches?

Just make sure to check all the relevant legal requirements of your country. There might be a few regulations you have to keep in mind, especially if you want to sell jam on a larger scale (which can then be considered a commercial activity rather than a simple private sale). Applicable regulations could affect both the financial (accounting)  and the culinary (hygiene) parts of that project.
