Need your opinion on an Air Cooler! (Hyper 410R)

So I am going to buy Cooler Master Hyper 410R cooler, so how is it?

Your opinion matters a lot to me and how is the installation process, is it easy or hard?

(Please write down your thoughts) :)

If you have money to spend pay 85 bucks and get the DRP4. but if your not going to do hardcore overclocking then the hyper 410r will suffice.

looks similar-ish in performance to a arctic freezer 34. perhaps a bit lower.

seems fine in terms og mounting.

id recommend looking at the arctic freezer 34 esports one/duo over it tho.

I agree with this. Should perform better for the price.

Do I need to remove the Mobo to install the cooler, and is it fine to remove Motherboard to install a cooler?

My CPU is Intel i5 8400, would consider Hyper 212 or Black edition of it, as others and you gave me nice suggestions!

You would be good with the hyper 212 black edition.  Since it is not a K chip it will be cooled very well.

Its likely you can manage to install it without removing the board. Can be a bit tricky tho.

Hyper 212 is a nightmare to install. Hyper 212 black edition is not.

Would take the arctic freezer 34 esports one over both.

I agree it would be tricky without removing the motherboard, but if I remove and properly install the cooler then will any damage cause to my mobo If I remove it and install?

Only damage can be if you tighten the screws so tight you chip the motherboard.  That is not going to happen tho just screw it until its tight.

What case are you using? Most modern cases come with a motherboard tray cutout for access to the back of the board without removing it for cooler installation.

The H410R would be fine for cooling the 8400 but there are probably quieter alternatives available if that's what you're aiming for.

What case and ram are you using?

Where are you shopping / located? Budget?

Sorry for the late reply -- been a bit busy.

Yep, that case includes a cutout in the motherboard tray for installing coolers.

I'm not seeing anything strictly better for the price than the H410R and it's plenty for cooling so it's a good option.

Update on my Cooler Installation!

I have installed Hyper 410R, because of budget problems, it works great.

TEMPS -

Stressed the CPU for 5 Mins

Stock Cooler = 75C Celsius

Hyper H410R = 57C Celsius

18 Degree temp improvement and noise is gone that was coming from the Stock Cooler!
