Actually, that gpu can have 1700mb of vram, and that ram page does not proof anything

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Those aren't the same value.

 

Right one is system memory, the other is graphics memory.

He just don't know how iGPUs work. The iGPU allocate system memory for itself, like a GPU has it's own memory on the PCB, iGPUs don't. They use System Memory as VRAM, you can allocate more RAM to the iGPU in some cases which help for graphics performance.
