you can download Windows 10 home edition from Microsoft website and use their USB creation tool. https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10

From there you can install Windows 10 home edition and there are a bunch of videos on how to do this. You can purchase the key through their store as well. https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/p/windows-10-home/d76qx4bznwk4?activetab=pivot%3aoverviewtab

Note these links are for Canada. Or you can always go to your local BestBuy or computer hobby shop and they should have a windows key that they can sell you.

I do not believe you can downgrade the versions if it is already installed. There could be a way with Registry editing but the amount of work would be the same as a clean installation. You might be able to use a pro key in the enterprise version to enable some features and some might be locked. I do not believe you can go from enterprise to Home edition.
