Need help choosing a monitor

whait

Hello everyone,

well I am looking for a monitor that is not too expensive, not above $500, 144hz, 27-32 inch, 1440+ p, curved. Here's the PC that would power it

If anyone knows a good monitor(s) that meet the specs above I would really apreciate if you could leave them down below.

Have a nice rest of your day!

You can get something really nice for 500 US dollar or less even.  Do you care about what panel type it is ? VA or TN or IPS ?  If you do lots of photoshop or color critical work then go with IPS panel as TN and VA will give viewing angles and we all hate that.

Go with this monitor Acer 31.5 inch curved 1440p and 144hz

For way below your budget.

Asus Sabertooth x79 / 4930k @ 4500 @ 1.408v / Gigabyte WF 2080 RTX / Corsair VG 64GB @ 1866 & AX1600i & H115i Pro @ 2x Noctua NF-A14 / Carbide 330r Blackout

Scarlett 2i2 Audio Interface / KRK Rokits 10" / Sennheiser HD 650 / Logitech G Pro Wireless Mouse & G915 Linear & G935 & C920 / SL 88 Grand / Cakewalk / NF-A14 Int P12 Ex
AOC 40" 4k Curved / LG 55" OLED C9 120hz / LaCie Porsche Design 2TB & 500GB / Samsung 950 Pro 500GB / 850 Pro 500GB / Crucial m4 500GB / Asus M.2 Card

Hello everyone,

Do you already own the PC?

That link is broken.

I would either get a 1080p 240hz display, or a 1440p 100-120hz ultra wide

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Looks pretty dope. Well I would mostly use it for gaming and sometimes video/picture editing but nothing too crazy. Does it have G-sync support also?

P. S Sorry for the link thing, didn't even realise it.

If You're looking for a good monitor just for gaming this one should suit you very nicely

Edit:Btw the pc part picker list is private you should fix that

A pretty nice monitor, even though I vould prefer it to be curved but I will take it into consideration

No, I don't own any of the parts listed. The 1st monitor is doope but I think the 35 inches would be just a bit overkill for my needs. The 2nd one already know of so I am already considering it. Thank you for your help!

If not an ultra wide then get a 1080p 240hz monitor, would want 3600mhz CL16 RAM for that though. They all use the same panel, free sync ones are $250-300
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/KJL7YJ/alienware-aw2518hf-245-1920x1080-240hz-monitor-aw2518hf

The RX 5700/XT has 80-90% of the 2070 super's performance at $200-100 less, and is just fine for even ultra wide 1440p gaming
This XFX dual fan model is $319 right now
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/tt7p99/xfx-radeon-rx-5700-8-gb-dd-ultra-video-card-rx-57xl8lbd6

Vertical GPUs are generally not great for performance if they are close to the glass

Would just get an 011 dynamic or Coolermaster H500 if you want looks or RGB, but the 011 is more for custom water cooling loops.

The Acer I linked you up with is a great choice unless you want ultrawide which will give black borders on anything 16:9.  Also it comes at a cost.  Way more expensive then the Acer.  Your looking at prices around 500 dollars and up.
