Probably the strix because it's bigger

But what resolution/refresh rate

 

and what's the price vs an RX 5700? As in the US they're the same price, but the 5700/XT is closer to a 2070/super

As long as they are the same price, i would go with the Asus one, because in my opinion it just looks better and has a beefier cooler on it.

and the regular 5700?  The XT is supposed to be more expensive as it's quite a bit faster than the 2060 non-super and even the super.

The 5700 and 5700XT are like 15-25% faster than the 2060 if they aren't priced much higher.

Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 8G GDDR6 has same price

And i need agood card for video editing and design to be honest i will begin learning on it

Get the Rx5700 Any 2 fans will do, that card stock is not hot at all. 5700xt you needs good cooler.

Nvidia cards seem to be better for video editing stuff. 
I have a Gigabyte RTX 2060 Gaming OC Pro, and I use it for both games and video editing without any issues.

Which video editing software? If it's Adobe, then you have to use Nvidia... If it's not, you may get more out of a 5700.

Nvidia's encoder is quite a bit better than AMD if Im not mistaken so yeah go nvida if you need to but Id see how much different the 2060 super is price wise in your country. The extra 2 gigs of VRAM just might make a difference for your workload IDK...

It was when the 5700 series launched, but not so now. They're very similar in both performance and quality when the software can properly leverage the AMD solution.
