Are wireless headphones bad value for sound quality?

N05HIT

Phone companies are ditching 3.5mm jack to sell their wireless headphones. But how much value do you lose compared to a wired headphone at the same price?

$10 ear buds sound fine, but I probably wouldn't want to spend less than $50 on some decent bluetooth headphones.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Agreed, but my question was at the same price will a wired headphone sound better than a wireless one?

Naturally, up to a point anyways, probably around $100

Especially larger over the ear headphones vs wireless earbuds.

Depends entirely on the headphones & your own personal listening tastes. For me, wired 3.5mm audio will always outweigh the drawbacks of our poorly designed & implemented bluetooth technology.  https://www.theverge.com/2017/10/5/16426754/pixel-2-headphone-jack-bluetooth-walled-garden
