2080 ti overheating

While playing games I noticed my GPU would get extremely hot going up to 86 Celsius while my fans are blasting at 100%. I immediately close my game down and just let it cool back down since this is a brand new card and I don't want to ruin it. Is the overheating normal or should I try adding 2 more fans below and see if that helps

Your PC being right in the corner isn't going to help, trapping all the heat in that corner. Does moving it out of the corner make a difference?

take the side panel off, see if it gets cooler.

Take that front panell off and it should change alot. You have basicly no airflow atm.
