Hello.Which mobo+cpu should I go for.I want to get my brother a new pc.He currently has a i5 4570 and a rx 580 8gb.He wants to stream fornite , but currently the pc has mouse lags with just fortnite running and the cpu usage is at 100%.I will get him a rtx 2060 or 2070 in the future.Thanks for helping.

Those cpu are in very different price ranges tell us what your willing to pay and also are you doing just gaming or doing content creation or both.

If your just doing gaming go for a 9900Kf it's the same as the non F just no graphics and is cheaper if your doing content creation as well go for a  3900x

I'd go with the 3700x, especially since he wants to stream as well.
The 9700k has only 8 threads, which might effect performance once the new consoles release next year and the 30 extra dollars can go into the GPU cooler instead.
The 9900k is quite pricey and I'd rather spend that money on the GPU instead.
