Where to purchase Windows 7 Upgrade?

I have a bunch of desktops with Windows Vista that I'd like to upgrade to Windows 7. I haven't been able to track down any Windows 7 (Home Premium) upgrades for purchase from a retailer. Should I just forget about it? Note: I'm not looking to upgrade to Windows 8.

Windows 8.1 can't be worse than Vista.

If you're buying now get windows 8, theres no reason to get windows 7. Like, literally 0 reasons to get windows 7 over windows 8.1

 

 

Because there's also 0 reason to upgrade from vista to windows 7. You get no benefits as long as you have good hardware.

Upgrade to Windows 8 and download Windows 8.1. If you don't like the start menu you can install startisback
