Looking for Budget i3 laptop.

my mother struggling with 2GB ram and N4000. she want something cheap like below 450$. so i thought i3 is better choices since i5 is more expensive. 

im looking for 14inch thin. SSD preferably but HDD is okay. 1080p IPS. 4gb of ram at least
