is freesync on? I know nvidia enabled it on RTX.

I live in misery USA. my timezone is central daylight time which is either UTC -5 or -4 because the government hates everyone.

into trains? here's the model railroad thread!

Just watched a Youtube video that says:

 

Open NVIDIA control panel

Go to manage 3D settings

Go to program settings

Select Google Chrome (or whatever browser you're using)

Scroll down to Vertical Sync and turn it on

 

I haven't got this issue so IDK if it works but worth a go

oh ic...

It really doesn't look like hardware failing, so it should be software...

For software I would ask is it happening in all video or certain video? if it is what's the refresh rate of video and your monitor?

You can get ur refresh rate info in nvidia control panel
