Build me a 1500$ PC please

Build me the best gaming computer than you possibly can for a maximum of 1500$, going up to 1600$ is fine but no more than that. (Do not count shipping, power bills or other unnecessary stuff)

Bonus: You get a slow clap if you somehow manage to fit a 780ti in there, without slowing it down with the rest of the parts.

(EVERYTHING INCLUDED, CASE, PSU, COOLING, ETC)

www.pcpartpicker.com is appreciated :D

NOTE: I'm looking for the highest FPS without sacrificing quality, gaming at 1080p and 1440p. No more than that.

Meh, I like corsair+ 16gb is overkill, but he might need it due to the games needing more ram soon.

Personally I'd throw the ssd in there so OP doesn't have to worry about data transfer and can upgrade to a second drive if needed.

I almost got a 780Ti to fit (3 whole dollars away), but that's with my preferred merchants, not necessarily the cheapest ones.

Like yours best, you get a slow clap from me.  :)  But I really would need an SSD, if you can put in the cheapest one you can find, regardless of speed, as long as it's 120GB minimum, that'd be great.
