Posted October 8, 2019 hi guys, so ive had the rx480 for about 2.5 years now, latley ive been having this wierd issues where i cant seem to change the fan speed, i tried with msi afterburner and with amd wattman, even when i try to set it to be at 90% on 42c just to check if it moves it doesnt do anything.. then i noticed that sometime it just get stuck at 47% and doesnt move up at all (if set to auto) even when im at 83c... what should i do? Posted October 8, 2019 What brand is the card?
Posted October 8, 2019 This is probably a gigabyte card. rx480 would be out of warranty at this time. best bet is to replace the fan from ebay or aliexpress in my opinion.
