how can i overclock i9 99000 with this power supply

hello i have i9 9900k+  Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI

but i have power supply

Seasonic FOCUS 750 Gold SSR-750FM 750W 80+ Gold ATX12V & EPS12V Semi-Modular

which provided me with only pin pwer to cpu and no additiona 4 pin power caple

could i overclock the cpu to 5hz or no

because i found in pcpartpicker this note
Note:The Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI ATX LGA1151 Motherboard has an additional 4-pin ATX power connector but the SeaSonic FOCUS Gold 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply does not. This connector is used to supply additional 12V current to the motherboard. While the system will likely still run without it, higher current demands such as extreme overclocking or large video card current draws may require it.

Looks like an OC'ed 9900K uses up to 200 or so Watts of power and the 8 pin EPS connector does 384W. You would really not need the extra 4 pin.

Yes, it's plenty of power for oc'ing. The extra 4pin cable is unnecessary and mainly used for extreme oc'ing that often requires exotic cooling like LN2.

Yes it is compatible. You can run the overclock on the 9900K with that PSU. It will work with it.
