when did you buy it? does it say "ryzen 3000 ready" on the box?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

I don't believe that motherboard supports flashback and if the motherboard wasn't sold as "ryzen 3000 ready" your only option would be to get a first or second generation Ryzen CPU, put it in and update the BIOS then swap in your third generation CPU. If you are unable to locate a suitable CPU you may be able to loan one from AMD here -> https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-100#faq-Short-Term-Processor-Loan-Boot-Kit

Since the CPU likely won't work. You may need to get a cheap Ryzen first or second gen process to do the bios update. Just pick one up off of amazon. Use it, then put back in the box and return it.

I am not sure if this board supports flashback. This allows the flash of the bios with nothing plugged in but a USB and power. Really handy when you do CPU upgrades.

You could also use this:
