does the lenovo L340 throttle?

i saw that the lenovo l340 has a normal laptop build without too much ventilation as is custom with gaming laptops, does this mean it will throttle the i7 9750h and gtx 1650 inside or does the laptop perform well generally without any noticable impact on performance?

and how would it compare with a similarly specd ROG Scar g g531gt besides having an inferior TN panel compared to the ROG's IPS?
