Laptop buying Advice

I am from india and planning to buy a laptop as there is a sale going on the two biggest marketplace in india namely Amazon annd d Flipkart.

 

I have a budget of around Rs.60,000 (approx 850 USD) and i have around two laptops in mind you can suggest others as well if they are within my budget.

 

1.Asus TUF with Nvidia 1650ti 4GB Ryzen 5-3550h and a 120Hz refresh rate Monitor Rs.51990(735 USD)

2.Lenovo Legion with Nvidia 1650ti 4GB Intel i5-9300h and a 60Hz refresh rate Monitor Rs.60990(870 USD)

 

The main Argument being what to choose between intel and ryzen as there is a price difference between the two sufficent enough to allow me to instead choice AMD and get some Peripheral.

I have to get one of them before the sale is over so consider that as well.

Both the 9300H and 3550H are four core CPUs and perform close to each other. The 9300H is about 4-5% faster on average but in games it's not noticeable. I'd personally probably lean towards the TuF if it's cheaper and has the high refresh rate screen
