What are some good 15US$ headphones?

You are wrong, those headphones are a rare example of cheap product that is also very decent, will sound better than your  8 dollar earbuds, no question.

They bleed hard they are basically mini cheap open backs. If you want a good closed back headphone you will have to multiply that $15 budget to at least like $75.

i currently have a broken pair of 15 dollar sony headphones they sound great if you tweak the equalizer. but i was thinking maybe amazon has better stuff for the price like they usually do

I mean if they do sound great to you grab those same Sony ones. I'm not the most familiar with ultra budget gear so I don't know. All I know is I own the KSC 75s and for the price I haven't heard anything better headphone wise. Out of curiosity which headphones are Sony ones I might grab a pair just to see how it sounds. Sony did make the legendary mh755 for $9 and fucking sounds amazing for the price

theyre the ones from walmart for 10 or 15  dollars they only have basically one kind for each price point
