surface pro 4 m3 break the power limit?

so i've got a sp4 here with the measly m3 and 4 gb ram and 500 gb ssd (upgraded it myself)

wondering if anyone has any solid ways to break over the power limit. i've got the device to run at 11.5 watts before solidly once with cpu/gpu at pretty much 100% and a 75mv undervolt on core/cache and 15mv undervolt on the gpu/gpu slice using throttle stop anyone know any specific settings that might fiddle with the  lock?

since this m3 is pretty cool and has some decent copper and never exceeded these temps shown on the picture i think there is headroom to keep it at these speeds.

if not i can *mod* a small fan inside the system since the heatsink and copper stuff is in place just the fan is left out so screwing in a laptop fan isnt a big deal

the surface right now is running stock intel gpu drivers instead of microsoft supplied ones (used device manager to manually install the zip since microsoft blocked 3rd party drivers for intel)
