I'm not too sure where to ask but where can I find an up to date tutorial on how to create an icon pack app for Android?

I already have the designs, trying to search it on google or youtube give some icon generator app recommendations. There's a guide from 2013 with some files that are expired, I was hoping to find a more recent tutorial
