I looked for this specs:

 

MOBO: Biostar H310MHC - DDR4 - LGA1151 - Micro ATX

CPU: Intel Core i3-9100F - 3.6GHz (Turbo 4.20GHz) - LGA1151

GPU: (USED) ASUS GeForce GTX 750Ti - 2GB GDDR5 - 128bit - HDMI+DVI ( NOT Compatible with my Monitor) or (NEW) ZOTAC GeForce GT 1030 - 2GB GDDR5 - 64bit - with VGA Port (Compatible with my Monitor)

 

Which one? USED GTX 750Ti or NEW GT 1030

 

RAM: G.SKILL - 8GB (1x8) - DDR4 - 2400MHz - CL15 (ill buy in future another one from this and will go up to 16GB)

SSD: ADATA SU650 - 120GB - 520MB-320MB/s - 3D NAND

CASE: PowerBoost VK-102M - 300W - Micro ATX

 

EVERYTHING COSTS 1956.89 Turkish Lira (344.72$)

 

QUESTIONS:

 

1- Which one? USED GTX 750Ti or NEW GT 1030?

 

2- Is the specs compatible with 300W PSU?

 

3- Is everything compatible?

 

I will play Fortnite, CS:GO, Battlefield 1, GTA V, LEGO City Undercover, Minecraft

 

I will play Fortnite more than all the other games.

 

IS THIS A GOOD PC?

2- Probably, but you should get new PSU anyway, because your one is ticking bomb.

 

3- Is everything compatible? RAM and SSD will work with your H310MHC mobo, since thats the new parts ure getting right?

I doubt you gonna be able to run anything like that, maybe only with low fps and lowest settings. Fortnite and BF1 gonna crush these GPU's. Your CPU is decent enough for nearly all games. 

Just save for new GPU and PSU, get atleast GTX 970 ( mby $50~ ) / RX580 used ( around or below $100 ).

These games is pretty demanding and these GPU's is too weak for them.

"Ticking bomb" basically your PSU is very low quality ( that came with the case i guess ) and it can explode anytime with such specs and if it exploded it can even destroy your all parts since i believe it doesn't even have protections.
