Can someone help me interpret this?

I'm using this rainmeter skin to monitor the state of the CPU in my computer (Ryzen 7 3800X) and I'm having trouble interpreting some of the values.

Does each row represent a group of 4 threads?  I'm assuming that because of the 4 boxes at the right of each row, totally 16 boxes, and it's a 16 thread processor.  So the graph is the usage history of those 4 threads?  I think I have that figured out.  What I'm not sure about are the P0, L0, P1, L1, P2, L2, and so on percentages?  I remember in a recent video Linus mentioned "(some word I can't remember) domains" on a processor, is that what those are?

Just use Ryzen Master, or an approved monitoring software that has support for the CPU you want monitored. Whatever software you're using as @5x5 stated is reading everything about your CPU wrong.

You should look for a different piece of monitoring software. Your values aren't being read properly, so they're useless.

I've switched to using NZXT's CAM for system monitoring, it seems to be reading everything correctly.  but doesn't give me a per thread usage display :(  I mean, that display would tell me nothing useful, but it would look cool
