Will an NVME M.2 Sdd work with this motherboard

I think you'll be okay, NVMe takes advantage of PCI-e. The M.2 being in a PCI-e format, it should work.

Will an NVMe ssd work with this, it has an m.2 Port (MSi x99A SLI PLUS) Will it only work with B+M key m.2 SSD This is somewhat urgent btw

I think you'll be okay, NVMe takes advantage of PCI-e. The M.2 being in a PCI-e format, it should work.
