I really try to do this on your router, not your pc. You have have your router select router based on the program/ip(depends on exact router), then all pcs on the network can have this applied, and these routers give you much more control than windows firewall. Look at something like untangle of pfsense

Yea thats sounds good... but i need to buy dual wan router for this :/. Windows firewall is free :D. If my firewall will not work, I would try this on some dual wan router.

Do you have a old pc, you can easily make an old pc into a router that can do this.

It is possible using static routing in windows. However you'd have to research every possible server IP the specific service could connect too. A Dual WAN router would work better allowing you to route traffic via port and/or IP. Either way it's complicated and will take a large amount of work to maintain.

@schizznick If I would have DUAL WAN router and i would setup ports (TCP/UDP of apps/games) to one of WANs and another block it for these apps, to make sure that its not going through that bad wan, will it work? And can i setup that one is for every traffic only not for blocked and second wan is only for that traffic what is blocked for first one?

i hope you understand my bad english :D

advanced routers can tell what type of traffic it is and route that to the correct interface. So you don't have to do static routes cause IPs will change

@Electronics Wizardy Btw where can i get ip of App?

nslookup? Traceroute?

But also apps will often call other apps, so use something like wireshard to see everything its talking to.

Personally I use Mikrotik Routers because of cost vs. performance. Also a great community for support and training. Even a $40 USD Mikrotik Router can do Dual WAN however I'd spend a little more and get one with good performance. The RB4011 is an awesome choice, but if that is too much then HAP ac is also a great choice.
