Gears 5 post install trouble

Installed Gears 5 and it wouldn't launch. Literally nothing happened. So I uninstalled it and now I am left with these trying to install constantly, but never getting anywhere:

 

If I go to the store page it tells me that they aren't even available, but I can't cancel or uninstall them.

 

Any ideas?

Almost every time I've seen a user struggle with game installs through the Windows Store, it's because one of those telemetry disabling programs was used and disabled vital services. Re-enable telemetry services, or if you're unlucky, reinstall Windows.

if you have to insist you think for yourself, i'm not going to believe you.

You've never disabled telemetry on Windows 10, just to confirm?
