Windows media creation tool

If you buy Windows OEM you will get a DVD with the creation tool installed on it and with Windows Retail you will get it on a USB flash drive. No difference in buying that and making your own.

You pay for the license with those Windows versions, not really the physical media/installer.

 

Whether you get the key officially from Microsoft or get a key from a reseller is up to you of course.

Doesn't matter much, other than the watermark and lack of customization (e.g. different wallpaper and such).

It is the best way to get Windows 10. You always get the latest version currently available. This only gets you Windows 10. When you'll install it for the first time, you'll need to enter the product key of your license of Windows 10. If you don't have one you can still install it, but you'll go in trial mode.
