Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650- MB Compatibility HELP!!!!!

Hey friends I have a Inspiron 560 with the G43T-DM1 775 motherboard and I'm looking for compatible CPU's. From the research I've done it appears the Core 2 Quad Q9650 should work but I'm worried I might be mistaken... Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

 

MB SPECS I could find, not possitive on its complete accuracy.

yeah it works, just look for 1333MHz front side bus support

It is the fastest Core 2 Quad, but the price is usually bad because of it. I'd look into the slightly slower Q9xxx CPUs. What does it current run with?

Don't they only support ddr2?

plus it is a single core and there aren't any 4xx-series dual core that i know.

If you can slap a C2Q in it go with the Q9550, I’ve seen them on amazon used for like $35
