Text Using Wifi With The Same Number

I live in an area that gets horrible phone reception for T-Mobile, but unfortunately T-Mobile is the only thing I can afford besides Virgin Mobile. All T-Mobile phones come with a wifi calling app which is a pretty awesome feature, but I really wish it included a wifi texting solution too. There are plenty of no plan texting apps that give a new number but none that I know of that use your phone number, they typically assign a new random number. Do any exist that use your existing number?
